Two Brothers Dog Park Bar Inc Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Membership

Thank you for becoming a Two Brothers Dog Park Bar Inc. member. Membership is non-transferable. It is your responsibility to notify Two Brothers of any changes to your physical address, email address, or phone number. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Two Brothers Dog Park Bar Inc, including its subsidiaries and affiliates.

2. Who Is Included in Your Membership?

  • For People: Your Membership includes all individuals in your immediate household who have completed and signed the Two Brothers Membership Application.

  • For Dogs: Your Membership covers all dogs in your household listed on your Membership Application and for whom you have paid the applicable Membership fees.

  • Non-Member dogs may only enter if their owner has completed a Guest Entry Form and paid the applicable guest fee.

3. What Is Included in Your Membership?

Your Membership grants you access to Two Brothers facilities, services, and amenities during normal business hours. Two Brothers reserves the right to close portions of the premises for private or special events. Members may also enjoy exclusive discounts on select products, services, and events.

4. Primary Member

You must designate a Primary Member on your application. This individual will have the authority to manage the Membership account, including updates and renewals. All Membership-related communication will be directed to the Primary Member.

5. Minors

At Two Brothers, we welcome families, but the safety of all guests and dogs is our priority. Children under 18 may not bring dogs to the off-leash park without adult supervision. Children under 12 are not allowed in the off-leash park. All children must adhere to the park's rules and policies.

6. Non-Member Guests

Non-Member guests may visit Two Brothers by paying applicable entry fees. Two Brothers reserves the right to charge additional fees for special services, ticketed events, or training sessions. Members may receive discounts for these services compared to non-Member guests.

7. Membership Cancellation

Membership is nonrefundable except under specific circumstances outlined in the cancellation policy below. In the event of a significant change (e.g., relationship changes impacting household Membership), Two Brothers reserves the right to adjust Membership fees or terminate the Membership.

8. Membership Types and Fees

Members can choose from the following options:

  • Annual Membership: Fees are paid upfront and cover the full year. Membership is nonrefundable except in the case of specific circumstances (see Cancellation Policy).

  • Paid Monthly Membership: Fees are paid in 12 monthly installments. Membership cannot be canceled before the full term, except in specific circumstances.

  • Month-to-Month Membership: Fees are billed monthly and may be canceled anytime. Cancellation will take effect at the next monthly billing cycle.

9. Vaccination Requirements

To ensure the health and safety of all dogs, all dogs must be current on vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP/DAPP (Distemper/Parvo), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Proof of vaccinations must be provided and kept up to date to maintain Membership. Failure to meet vaccination requirements may result in suspension of Membership.

10. Behavior and Socialization Incidents

To ensure a safe environment, all dogs must be well-socialized. Two Brothers reserves the right to ask any Member to remove their dog for aggressive, harmful or disruptive behavior. Memberships may be suspended or terminated in cases of repeated issues. Prorated refunds may be provided in some cases.

11. Termination for Cause

Two Brothers reserves the right to terminate Membership for violations of park policies or behavior that creates a hostile or unsafe environment for guests, staff, or dogs. In cases of termination, Membership fees already paid will not be refunded.
